Is this your lowest price, for this piece of furniture?
We have our inventory marked at sale price everyday. What you're seeing on the floor is the lowest price on that piece probably in the state.
Is this all you have? Is what I'm seeing on the showroom floor everything?
This is our current in stock inventory, but we can look at special ordering other colors & styles if available.
Do you take trade-ins?
Sadly, we do not take trade-ins.
Do you deliver? If so how far?
We do offer delivery! Upwards of 150 miles with a delivery charge. We also offer free in-town (Havre) delivery with minimum purchase.
Do you do free in home estimates?
We do offer free in home estimates for flooring and drapes. We also offer design and decorating assistance, if you want our help.
Will you take me old furniture away?
We are happy to dispose of any furniture that we replace. When our delivery team drops off furniture, we can haul away the piece(s) we are replacing.
Can you special order?
Of course we can! However, due to extended delivery times, some companies have a longer receiving time that others. Just be aware that delivery times, recently, have been longer than usual.
Do you install flooring or window treatments?
We have an entire workforce of Independent Contractors that install flooring through Valley Furniture. We're happy to set up a free in-home estimate for you.
What happens if I buy something & it breaks?
We are proud to say we have our own in-house Service Department with over 35 years of experience in furniture repair. From the smallest fix to the latest overhaul on pieces with electronic components.
Do you offer financing?
We offer 12 months no interest financing thru Wells Fargo OAC.
Do you sell appliances?
No, at this time, we do not stock appliances.
